2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

4. Counter-Notification
If material you posted was removed in response to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification by sending us a written communication that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before it was removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of Malaysia, for any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification
5. Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
6. Fair Use
We recognize the doctrine of fair dealing under Malaysian copyright law, which allows limited use of copyrighted material without requiring permission from the rights holders. Fair dealing includes use for purposes such as research, private study, criticism, review, and news reporting.
